Maintain Consistent Family Devotions.
Turn off the television(or better yet don't even watch TV) or what ever may be on, and gather the family around for Bible reading and prayer.
"And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up." Deuteronomy 6:6,7.
Be consistent! A hit or miss approach will not warm the heart nor light the path to Christian living.
If you are not consistent about a time of devotion to God's word, some prayer and maybe some singing, your children will not think it's that important.
