He's Available 24/7, Anytime Anywhere

" Now when Daniel knew the writing was signed, he went into his house: and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he knelled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime."
Daniel 6:10(6:6-10)

Knowing this would be a problem for Daniel, Darius, the king, signs the decree saying- "whosovever shall ask a petition of any God or man, for thirty days, save of thee (King Darius), oh King, he shall be cast into the den of lions". Daniel 6:7
They were looking for a reason to stop him from worshiping his God, because he refused to worship King Darius.
Daniel didn't let the new law stop him. He went into his house, and with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt and prayed three times a day, just as he did before. I believe most of us know the rest of the story. They found him, threw him in the den of lions and God spared His life.
God will take care of us, even when the men and cares of this world try to distract and convince us to serve another God. Taking the time to pray and doing it often, can never be the wrong thing to do. When was the last time we talked with Him?

In Christ,
Joe
